Buyer Offer – Forms establishes the practical application and appropriate use of the required forms when a Buyer wants to submit an offer through a Brokerage on a freehold property. This course includes information about the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, the Confirmation of Co-operation and Representation, and the Offer Summary Document and strategies for explaining these documents to a Buyer prior to signing. It also focuses on some of the key clauses in an Agreement of Purchase and Sale that are relevant to a Buyer. Your learning will be supplemented through examples that will help you get an idea of the typical situations you may encounter when completing various forms with your Clients.
