As a Real Estate Agent, you will need to be able to explain the Deposit process to Sellers, how the process impacts the security of a transaction, and how Deposits impact the various contracts involved in a Real Estate transaction. This course provides information about the various considerations that arise in relation to Deposits during the preparation and presentation of an offer. It also aims to help you understand what Brokerages do with a Deposit, and when they can release it.
