Description
This course focuses on clauses included in an offer to protect the best interests of the Seller, as well as clauses found in a Buyer’s offer that can impact the Seller and the transaction. We will discuss the necessary clauses and conditions that a listing Real Estate Agent will add to a Buyer’s offer to protect the best interests of the Seller, depending on the circumstances of the transaction. This course also examines the purpose and use of Schedule B and typical clauses that may be contained in the Schedule. We will look at a case study to examine the impacts and issues associated with clauses and conditions found in a Buyer’s offer. Finally, we will discuss ways to analyze and resolve potential errors in clauses and conditions found in a Buyer’s offer.
